What You’ll Do: Huntress is adding an Account Manager to support our growing APAC business, with a focus on direct end-customer relationships while also working alongside reseller and VAR partners where needed to support the full customer motion. Account Managers at Huntress play a critical role in expanding our relationships with customers and helping them realize ongoing value from the Huntress platform. This role is responsible for driving loyalty, renewals, expansion, satisfaction, and everything else related to customer growth and success. This position works closely with sales leadership and marketing to devise creative ways to help customers succeed through training, education, and empowerment. Externally, this role balances direct customer engagement with partner-aligned collaboration so Huntress can meet the needs of both the end customer and the broader buying relationship. In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you will be key in helping the company achieve business goals through customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Success in this position will be measured by customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across your book of business. Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted advisor to customers, delivering solutions that increase satisfaction, strengthen Huntress adoption, and create measurable value across their environment - Own and grow relationships with multiple contacts inside assigned customer organizations - Drive renewals and expansion opportunities across your book of business, including upsell and cross-sell motions where appropriate - Partner effectively with reseller, VAR, and other third-party stakeholders when they are part of the customer relationship or buying motion - Contribute to team goals around retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction - Develop creative ways to engage customers and keep them progressing toward stronger adoption and better outcomes - Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Support, SEs, TAMs, and leadership to remove blockers and improve the customer experience - Maintain strong operational hygiene in CRM, document customer activity clearly, and keep next steps and opportunities moving forward What You Bring To The Team: - 3+ years of experience in account management, direct customer sales, or a similar post-sales or commercial role - Experience working with direct customer relationships while navigating partner-influenced, reseller, or VAR-supported motions - Strong experience in SaaS, preferably related to the cybersecurity industry - Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms - Confidence building relationships with both customers and partners - Strong bias to action and the ability to get things done efficiently and effectively - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, maintain momentum on renewals and expansion conversations, and communicate clearly across internal and external teams - Commercial curiosity and sound judgment in balancing customer outcomes with business growth What We Offer: - Fully remote work - At least one annual trip to the US for Summer Summit, with additional local events in Australia! - New starter home office set up reimbursement ($800 AUD) - 12 weeks paid parental leave for both primary and secondary carers - Monthly digital allowance for personal phone and internet costs ($185 AUD) - Monthly home office tech stipend to upgrade or replace equipment ($40 AUD) - Subsidised private health insurance through our preferred provider - Stock options for all full-time employees - Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are. About the RoleWe are seeking a Global Account Manager to lead strategic customer relationships and drive business growth across key global accounts.
