In addition to driving hypergrowth with our current product line, Bevi is heavily investing in new product development. We are looking for a National Partnership Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll own strategic relationships with our corporate partners. You will build, strengthen, and revive partnerships that are critical to Bevi’s growth. You’ll ensure partners are successful from onboarding to activation, and help scale programs and incentives that drive long-term impact. Your Day to Day - Build relationships with senior decision-makers at contract foodservice companies - Evangelize Bevi throughout our foodservice contractor partners. - Ensure all expectations from sector partners are met, including achieving sales goals, adhering to service level agreements, and promptly processing orders or troubleshooting issues. - Design and implement sales strategies that identify growth levers, partnership opportunities, and expansion strategies - Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and annual business plans - Ensure partner enablement activities, including onboarding, training and education, off-boarding - Represent Bevi at customer visits, relevant tradeshows and brand awareness events Requirements - 5+ years of high-performance sales experience within fast-growth environments. Foodservice contractor experience is a must - Excellent Communication & Presentation skills are a must. Strategic/Analytical thinker. - Track record of building new and expanding existing partnerships - Fluent with CRM systems, e.g. Salesforce. Some roles may be eligible for a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Bevi employees receive equity in the form of stock options. Offers to join Bevi are based on a few criteria, including the scope of the role, the candidate's work experience, targeted skills, internal equity of the team, and external market data. *For Sales roles: The posted range reflects base salary plus commission which is the total potential on target earnings (OTE) for the position.
