Role Description We are currently seeking a Salesforce Senior Lead Engineer with experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, data model changes, integrations, and business process updates. The Salesforce Senior Lead Engineer will be responsible for validating changes required for Salesforce to integrate with a new MDM platform and ensuring existing Salesforce functionality continues to work as expected. - Participate in an initial assessment phase to understand Salesforce changes required for MDM integration. - Design and develop Salesforce APIs for inbound and outbound integration with the new MDM platform. - Analyze and update Salesforce data model objects, fields, relationships, validation rules, and sharing considerations. - Modify existing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes impacted by MDM-driven data changes. - Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueable jobs, and integration services as required. - Work with architects, data teams, business analysts, and QA to define technical solutions. - Review existing automations such as Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and approval processes. - Ensure Salesforce development follows best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability. - Support code reviews, deployment planning, defect resolution, and technical documentation. - Provide guidance to intermediate developers and QA team members. Qualifications - 6+ years of experience as Salesforce Platform Developer - 6+ years of Salesforce development experience using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. - 6+ years of experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - 6+ years of experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns. - 6+ years of experience in Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy. - 6+ years of experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Flow, Process Builder, Workflow, and Approval Processes. - 6+ years of experience with deployment tools such as Salesforce DX, Change Sets, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or similar. - 6+ years of experience analyzing existing Salesforce implementation and recommend technical changes. • Work with Salesforce EHR platform provider to develop new features and functionality. • Perform routine configuration management, and security settings within Salesforce to ensure optimal performance. • Design and implement flows and validation rules that support efficient data entry and clinical reporting. • Create dashboards and custom reports to track patient engagement metrics and operational efficiency. • Act as a primary point of contact for patients struggling to access or utilize the patient portal, providing clear, empathetic, and technical guidance. • Conduct thorough administrative reviews of patient files to verify insurance coverage, resolve eligibility discrepancies, and ensure accurate billing documentation. • Serve as a frontline resource for patients, resolving inquiries related to their account status, appointment information, or portal functionality. • Identify recurring patient pain points within the Salesforce UI or portal experience and recommend/implement intuitive interface improvements.
