Working hours will be 8 am to 5 pm PST, including a 1-hour break (USA time). Our provisional application window for this position is two weeks from job posting date. Provided we do not need to extend this window, we plan on making our final hiring decision 3-4 weeks after posting date. - Salesforce Development: Work with Salesforce EHR platform provider to develop new features and functionality. - System Maintenance: Perform routine configuration management, and security settings within Salesforce to ensure optimal performance. - Process Automation: Design and implement flows and validation rules that support efficient data entry and clinical reporting. - Reporting: Create dashboards and custom reports to track patient engagement metrics and operational efficiency. - Patient Portal Support: Act as a primary point of contact for patients struggling to access or utilize the patient portal, providing clear, empathetic, and technical guidance. - Insurance Verification: Conduct thorough administrative reviews of patient files to verify insurance coverage, resolve eligibility discrepancies, and ensure accurate billing documentation. - Customer Service Liaison: Serve as a frontline resource for patients, resolving inquiries related to their account status, appointment information, or portal functionality. - Workflow Optimization: Identify recurring patient pain points within the Salesforce UI or portal experience and recommend/implement intuitive interface improvements.
