Role Description We're recruiting for a fast-growing healthcare technology company serving the senior care and adult daycare market. The company provides software and operational solutions that help senior care providers improve efficiency, care coordination, and service delivery. This is a remote, full-cycle Account Executive role for a motivated, consultative seller who can prospect, qualify, run discovery, present value, handle objections, and close new business. As a Sales Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close. You'll engage prospective customers in the senior care space, understand their operational challenges, and help them evaluate technology that can improve how their organizations run. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys consultative selling, and is excited by the opportunity to sell into a mission-driven healthcare market. Responsibilities - Identify and research prospective customers through outbound outreach, referrals, events, and inbound inquiries - Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, qualify opportunities, and tailor solutions - Present and demonstrate the value of the platform to senior care and adult daycare operators - Create compelling proposals aligned to each prospect's business needs - Negotiate and close new business - Build strong relationships with prospects and customers as a trusted advisor - Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to share customer feedback and improve the sales motion - Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and opportunity records in the CRM - Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Qualifications - 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience - Experience selling into healthcare, senior care, healthcare SaaS, technology, or software strongly preferred - Comfortable with outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales ownership - Strong discovery, communication, and objection-handling skills - Experience using CRM and sales technology tools - Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in an early-stage environment - Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Benefits - Base salary: $65,000–$75,000, based on experience - Target variable compensation: $75,000, uncapped - OTE: Approximately $145,000 - Health, dental, and vision benefits - Retirement benefits - Paid time off Company Description
