Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in program analysis, project management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Python for data analysis)
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2)
- Experience conducting cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, or ROI evaluations
- Familiarity with federal or state government program management processes
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and their application
- Experience leading cross-functional teams or managing small projects independently
- Strong technical writing skills for developing program documentation, proposals, and reports
