• Review, organize, and summarize medical records and related documentation • Prepare and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings • Assist attorneys with case preparation, research, and file management • Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and third parties to gather information • Track deadlines and manage calendars to ensure timely filing and follow-up • Perform general administrative and paralegal support as required

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience with medical record review and summarization is highly preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with legal document management and case management software
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Clio practice management software is a bonus but not required
