• Support the team on inbound strategies and lead generating efforts • Build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and find potential new sales opportunities • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to sell Birdeye’s products and services • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps • Management of Sales cycle from Lead Generation to Close • Understand Sales Process and Consultative Selling • Set up conferences or calls between sales representatives and potential clients
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of B2B work experience, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Ability to show oneself, communicate, and persuade decision-makers at all organizational levels
- Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software, is a plus
- Amenable to work in US Shift

Role Description The Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Leafio is responsible for managing and nurturing an established portfolio of pharmacy accounts to drive retention and ongoing business growth. Acting as a dedicated point of contact, the SDR delivers exceptional service and uses strategic discovery questions and sales acumen to identify new opportunities that help pharmacies expand their success with Leafio. Additionally, the SDR maintains accurate data within our CRM and oversees the order journey to ensure all goods are approved, processed, and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities: - Business Development: - Revenue growth and development of pharmacy partners to Leafio, through high levels of phone and email based communication, working to monthly revenue targets. - Work with the SDM to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business. - Order volume growth of your existing portfolio, working to a monthly target of total portfolio revenue. - Communicate the launch of new products or ranges available as well as current promotions to pharmacies to drive the uptake of product orders. - Enable smooth transition of high volume pharmacies to Key Account Managers through proactive communication and effective collaboration. - Relationship Management: - Build, maintain and nurture your relationships and pipeline, recording all interactions in our CRM. - Ensure effective resolution of any partner issues and concerns. - Take ownership of and proactively manage problems to facilitate a positive customer experience. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other departments within the business to ensure the best solution for our customers. - Administration: - Assist our customer support with administration as needed, to ensure pharmacy orders are processed efficiently. - Manage our internal systems to ensure pharmacy accounts are correctly established and up to date at all times. Qualifications - Demonstrated experience in a B2B high activity and competitive sales environment. - Proven track record of achieving strong sales results in a solution focussed sales environment. - A high aptitude for implementing a structured sales process. - Demonstrated ability to be innovative and solutions focussed, with a flare for conflict resolution and pragmatic problem solving. - Demonstrated experience using sales based CRM systems.
