We are scaling that practice and need a Senior AI Transformation Consultant to lead client engagements end to end. You will own the engagement lifecycle: - Discovery and readiness assessments - AI maturity scoring across business and product dimensions - Roadmap design - ROI modeling - Executive communication You will lead delivery pods built from BOD architects, engineers, and SMEs, working alongside our Principal AI Solutions Architect and Lead Databricks Architect. Your audience ranges from PE operating partners and CFOs to portfolio company CEOs, CTOs, and founders. • Lead system security assessments within cloud-based environments in accordance with FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, 800-37, OMB, and other authoritative IT security guidance • Provide direction for scheduling, project sequencing, and resource management; assist with managing client expectations and performing project management • Prepare, review, and/or update, and maintain IT Security supporting artifacts; provide IT security guidance to Information System Owners • Identifying information security problems and challenges, researching and developing technical solutions to rectify them • Execute, examine, interview, and test procedures in accordance with FedRAMP requirements and NIST SP 800-53A • Ensure cyber security policies are adhered to and that required controls are implemented • Validate information system security documentation to ensure FedRAMP and NIST control requirements are met • Author recommendations based on findings to improve security postures compliant with FedRAMP and NIST controls • Assist in the review and analysis of Security Authorization Packages for completeness and compliance with FedRAMP and NIST requirements. • Participate in client interviews to complete Security Assessments. • Ensure existing systems Security Authorization Packages remain up to date throughout the life cycle. • Build a customer-focused relationship with client(s). • Collaborate across multiple internal teams to ensure successful delivery of results based on scope of work. • Establish standards and procedures to minimize risks. • Drive working sessions with client to ensure expectations and direction are aligned and timelines are being met. • Demonstrate ability to lead projects through the project lifecycle from initiation to project closure.

• As a Senior Incident Response & Readiness Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor, leading both proactive and emergency engagements with enterprise customers. • Conduct comprehensive reviews of incident response plans, identifying gaps and developing tailored strategies to strengthen organizational preparedness. • Design and deliver customized incident response playbooks to address specific threats and operational needs. • Facilitate training sessions on incident response fundamentals to build customer capabilities. • Lead workshops, tabletop exercises, drills, and functional simulations to evaluate and improve readiness. • Provide strategic guidance to customers on integrating readiness into broader security programs. • Serve as a subject matter expert in digital forensics and incident response (DFIR). • Lead large-scale, complex investigations involving host, network, and cloud artifacts to determine the nature, scope, and root cause of cyber incidents. • Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional incident response teams. • Guide containment, remediation, and recovery efforts to secure environments post-incident. • Maintain a professional, calming, and authoritative presence during high-pressure incidents. • Brief senior leadership and technical teams on findings, risks, and recommendations. • Support the development of incident response methodologies and contribute to internal capability building. • Participate in a 24x7 emergency response rotation which includes weekends.
