Role Description As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our partnerships in Ghana, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with a diverse multinational team to ensure the successful delivery of Gameloft Business Solutions to our partners. - Manage relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products. - Prospect, approach, and present Gameloft services and products to potential new clients. - Negotiate commercial conditions and contractual aspects with clients. - Collaborate closely with the regional commercial and operations teams to drive revenue growth. - Work with technical and operations teams to launch new projects on time and within budget. - Liaise with key stakeholders – including operations, other account managers, and digital project teams – to achieve targets. - Develop a strong understanding of our products to identify potential optimizations for live projects. - Prioritize tasks with a revenue-focused approach. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Education, Digital Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience working with Mobile Operators in Digital & mobile content and VAS services. - Proficiency in account management tools. - Experience in digital content delivery and management. - Fluent in English with strong presentation skills. - Solid understanding of project management principles. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Jira.
