• Create, maintain, and govern master Figma libraries and templates to ensure a single source of truth across all teams • Help tool teams proactively understand what components to use, when, and why during the design discovery phase, through organized design crits and syncs • Conduct regular cross-channel audits (e.g., Web vs. Mobile) to identify inconsistencies; advocate for standardization • Surface common problems when multiple teams require patterns missing from the core design system; coordinate with Communities of Practice and Accessibility teams • Author and maintain clear documentation, process templates, and onboarding materials to streamline how UXers work • Act as the teams Figma and AI expert

• Work directly with clients and their teams from early discovery through launch • Own design across the full engagement lifecycle, including UX and UI design, interactive prototyping, research, data visualization, and design systems work • Run discovery workshops and alignment sessions • Facilitate feedback with clients and their users • Partner closely with engineering throughout • Ensure design QA happens and that shipped products reflect the craft and intent behind them

• Data Collection, Analysis, and Research: Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders and create detailed technical documentation for the IT department • Presentations and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives and produce written reports summarizing data analysis • Implementation Support: Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes and gather data to assess the impact of implemented changes • Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications to support the development process • Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources • Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance the user experience • UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma • Visual Design: Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines

• Lead end-to-end product design activities from discovery through delivery • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to understand customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and usability evaluations • Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences • Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs • Facilitate design reviews, workshops, and cross-functional working sessions • Define success criteria for design initiatives in partnership with Product Management • Use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate product performance and identify improvement opportunities • Collaborate effectively within distributed and global teams
