Senior Product Designer
Otis Elevator Co.
• Lead end-to-end product design activities from discovery through delivery • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to understand customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and usability evaluations • Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences • Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs • Facilitate design reviews, workshops, and cross-functional working sessions • Define success criteria for design initiatives in partnership with Product Management • Use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate product performance and identify improvement opportunities • Collaborate effectively within distributed and global teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, Psychology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 6+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated success designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or complex B2B products
- Proven experience working in complex environments involving dense data, multi-user workflows, administrative tools, or operational systems
- Strong product thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience partnering directly with Product Management and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Fluency in Figma, including prototyping, component libraries, and design system contribution
- Strong communication and presentation skills
