Job Summary As a Sales Consultant with TriNet you’ll help power business success with extraordinary HR by pursuing new prospects, sharing and quantifying our value proposition, and selling TriNet’s comprehensive solution which includes access to benefits, payroll, and HR services to companies with 5-99 employees within your designated territory. Location – Remote, USA For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly pay rate of $31.25 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets. The hourly rate is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements. On target earnings average range between $65,000 - $81,000. The annual salary range listed represents the total compensation package, excluding benefits. Role Description The Total Rewards Consultant is responsible for managing and supporting compensation programs across OnTrac. This role plays a key part in driving market analysis, job classification, compensation program design, and rewards strategy, ensuring the company’s compensation structure remains competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goals. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence OnTrac’s Total Rewards strategy and partner with senior leadership to shape the future of compensation, recognition, and organizational design.
