Title: Junior Recruiter Location: Detroit United States Job Description: JUNIOR RECRUITER The Henry Ford Health Talent Acquisition Team has a rare opportunity for a Junior Recruiter! Contingent, Temporary Role The need for the role will be re-evaluated at 6-month increments with the possibility of direct hire for a permanent full-time position. Direct hire and additional assignment extension are not guaranteed. Schedule: This position will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during regular business hours for a period of 6 months. Hybrid Working: The position is located in Metro Detroit and will primarily work remotely. The Junior Recruiter will be required to attend quarterly on-site team meetings, and regularly attend on-site recruitment events, job fairs, facility visits, etc. as needed. What You'll Do: - This position is responsible for providing the highest level of recruitment and staffing services to Henry Ford Health System (HFHS) hiring leaders for positions by delivering top talent. - The position will advance HFHS as an employer of choice across while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection and hiring process. - This individual will interview pre-qualified top tier candidates and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - Two (2) years of experience in a customer service role dealing with high volume, high demand requirements from customers. - B.S. in Human Resources or related discipline preferred. - Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources preferred. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications. - Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases. - Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures. - Demonstrative consultative approach to recruitment and selection. - Intermediate knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok preferred.
