Role Description We are seeking enthusiastic and client-focused individuals to join our team as Luxury Travel Experience Consultants. This remote opportunity is ideal for those who have a passion for travel, enjoy helping others, and excel at creating personalized experiences. In this role, you will work closely with clients to plan and coordinate upscale travel experiences, including adults-only resorts, ocean and river cruises, international vacations, and special occasion getaways. As a Luxury Travel Experience Consultant, you will take the time to understand each client's travel preferences, interests, and expectations. Using your research and planning skills, you will recommend destinations, accommodations, and unique experiences that align with their goals. You will also coordinate reservations, maintain accurate records, and provide ongoing support throughout the planning process. - Consult with clients to identify travel interests, preferences, and objectives - Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and travel experiences - Develop customized travel recommendations and itineraries - Coordinate reservations and ensure all travel details are accurate - Maintain organized client records and booking documentation - Stay informed on industry trends, destination updates, and supplier offerings - Provide exceptional client service before, during, and after travel - Build long-term relationships through networking, referrals, and repeat business opportunities Qualifications - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously - Comfortable using web-based systems, email, and digital communication platforms - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting - Passion for travel and delivering exceptional client experiences - Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or travel is beneficial but not required Benefits - Fully remote work environment - Flexible scheduling options - Comprehensive onboarding and training resources - Access to travel industry tools and resources - Collaborative and supportive team culture
