Role Description This position is National Remote. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. This position is full-time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work an 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 2 - 3 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours during training will be based off your schedule. Shift will be assigned upon start. Primary Responsibilities: - Manage administrative intake of members - Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and/or providers - Scheduling incoming and outgoing peer to peer reviews - Handle resolution/inquiries from providers - Other duties as assigned This is a high volume, customer service environment. You'll need to be efficient, productive and thorough dealing with providers over the phone. You also must be able to work a flexible schedule and proactively multi-task. You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Qualifications - High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience - Must be 18 years of age OR older - 2+ years of customer service experience in an office, administrative, clerical environment using phones and computers as primary job tools - Experience working remotely from home - Experience with computers and Windows based programs including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (view, filter, sort) and Microsoft Outlook - Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work an 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm CST.
