Role Description Reporting to the Program Control/Finance Manager, this is a key role that provides financial oversight, analysis, and reporting of variance types of programs. In close collaboration with the program team, this role will influence good decision making for the program, company, and customer. Responsibilities will include: - Establishing cost baselines - EAC development - Analysis of contract task orders - Labor analysis - Subcontract finances - Purchase requests - EBITDA and revenue forecasting Knowledge of Earned Value Management is a plus and will help provide performance information to the program and management team. Regular coordination with Finance, Contracts, Project Management, and other teams to develop and present program financial reporting. The role prepares ad hoc reports and analyses as required. Essential Responsibilities - Contribute to program cost forecast and budget management - Keep the program team current regarding its upcoming activities, deadlines, and milestones - Perform schedule-based risk analysis on the company’s projects - Help evaluate risks and risk mitigation plans to determine if the risks are appropriate and risk mitigations are adequate - Produce and review ad-hoc project-level projections, graphs, and reports for both internal/external stakeholders - Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines - Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system - Support audits and reviews requests from programs, customers, and company management, fact-finding and negotiation support - Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government - Support the preparation and coordination of financial forecasting and reporting, Annual Operating Plan, and Resource Plan - Streamline data collection, modeling, and management practices - Contribute financial information to the monthly program review - Support the preparation of business proposals to the US Government and industry - Support compliance with contractual requirements and internal procedures - Support preparation invoices; familiarity with CPFF, T&M, and FFP contracts is preferred - Understanding of EVMS and government CPR reporting a plus Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience or equivalent experience - Experience in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) a plus - Knowledge of program management or operational workflow - Ability to support program management, integration, and control strategies - Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and functional departments - Ability to support decision-making and conflict resolution - Ability to work and communicate with a diverse group - Familiarity with Costpoint, COBRA, or other established EVM systems - Excellent interpersonal communication skills - Experience in Business Consulting, Engineering, or Finance - Experience in government contracting - Experience in Data Analytics and Visualization (Kronos, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) - Experience with FAR/DFAR Cost Account Standards (CAS) - Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) - Ability to obtain Secret clearance Benefits - 9/80 schedule - Healthcare (medical, dental, vision, prescription drugs) - Paid Maternity and Parental Leave - 50% company match per contributed dollar into 401(k) savings plan, up to $11,500 - Tuition reimbursement Company Description Stratolaunch is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at our company. • As a member of the Global Quality Strategy organization team, this individual will manage projects and initiatives in Global Quality portfolio in support of the end-to-end GxP operating model. • Partner with cross functional senior management to ensure successful execution, tracking and value realization of critical initiatives and projects aligned with Global Quality GxP operating model. • Stand up, own and facilitate governance and processes intended to advance Global Quality strategy and objectives. • Perform analysis to identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations to management. • Apply emerging technologies, such as AI, to the lifecycle management of global Quality projects and strategic initiatives. • Analyze critical path items and constraints to schedules, recommending solutions to remove any roadblocks using a proactive approach. • Identify core KPIs aligned with pivotal initiatives and projects. • Provide leadership to key initiatives and strategic projects, including driving program management, content creation, and presentation. • Continuously track and communicate progress and adherence to strategic initiatives and projects.

Deliver engaging conservation and educational programs while ensuring participant safety. Assist in program development and promotion, and support administrative tasks to enhance educational experiences for diverse audiences.

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for SG&A departments • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and profitability to ensure financial stability • Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures • Partner with department leaders to support strategic initiatives and cost management • Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending solutions • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies • Support audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed • Manage a team of two, overseeing their day-to-day work and providing coaching and professional development
