• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for SG&A departments • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and profitability to ensure financial stability • Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures • Partner with department leaders to support strategic initiatives and cost management • Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending solutions • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies • Support audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed • Manage a team of two, overseeing their day-to-day work and providing coaching and professional development
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
