E-Commerce Engagement Manager

• Consult with clients on E-Commerce market trends and provide strategic recommendations • Summarize data and observations into compelling insights for growth opportunities • Deliver tailored, compelling solutions that align with customer needs • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions • Maintain current knowledge on retail trends • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders • Meet or exceed sales goals through disciplined pipeline management • Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges

Job Requirements

  • Experience with E-Commerce market trends and application to CPG retail industry
  • Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with different stakeholder groups (internal and client stakeholders)
  • Proven track record of interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
  • Familiarity with Unify and Circana data assets
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies and leverage innovative solutions
  • Proven ability to leverage data in innovative ways to solve client problems, including cause/effect analysis
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
