Sales Executive
Coface
• Drive new business growth by prospecting, developing, and closing middle-market accounts • Achieve and exceed annual revenue goals through a combination of new client acquisition and renewal of existing policies • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting and referrals • Develop a portfolio of clients aligned with Coface’s growth objectives • Sell complex financial solutions focused on credit risk mitigation, cash-flow protection, and trade security • Service and grow existing client relationships by monitoring programs and identifying coverage needs • Stay ahead of the market by tracking industry trends and competitor offerings • Continuously sharpen your skills through formal training and workshops.
Job Requirements
- A proven B2B sales professional with at least 3+ years of success selling trade credit solutions, financial, banking, insurance, or complex B2B solutions
- A confident hunter with strong cold-calling, prospecting, and business-development instincts
- Experienced selling to CFOs, Controllers, business owners, or senior decision-makers
- Demonstrated ability to win new logos, grow accounts, and retain long-term clients
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
- Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear business value
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently while collaborating with a broader team
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Trade Credit Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
- Active P&C license preferred, or willingness to obtain licensing within 60 days of hire.
