• Lead product initiatives through the full product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, end users, designers, and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and user needs. • Facilitate story mapping and backlog refinement activities to translate product requirements into actionable development work. • Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies that impact product delivery. • Prepare for and actively participate in roadmap planning, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies. • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Risk teams to ensure products meet all regulatory and organizational requirements. • Support the development of user communications, training materials, and educational resources related to product features and capabilities. • Partner with Product Leadership to define and refine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area. • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Research teams to conduct discovery activities that uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities. • Work closely with UX teams to design intuitive user experiences and validate solutions through rapid feedback cycles and usability testing. • Conduct user interviews, field observations, and stakeholder engagement sessions to gain a deep understanding of customer challenges and workflows. • Collaborate with clinical, operational, provider, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve user experiences and business outcomes. • Develop a strong understanding of organizational priorities and business challenges to ensure product investments deliver measurable value.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience in an Agile environment, with a focus on digital products.
  • Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for driving outcomes.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate product vision and inspire teams around the "why" behind solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, make informed trade-offs, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Adaptability and resilience in organizations experiencing rapid change and growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build expertise in new domains and industries.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with experience collaborating across technical, clinical, operational, and executive stakeholder groups.

What You Will Do - Product Strategy & Discovery - Identify and validate market opportunities through customer interviews, feedback channels, competitive analysis, and internal stakeholder collaboration. - Translate insights into clear problem statements aligned with customer needs and business objectives. - Partner with design and engineering to explore solution paths, define MVPs, and shape product strategy. - Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap with defined goals, success metrics, and release criteria. - Product Delivery & Execution - Prioritize initiatives and features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility. - Maintain a well-groomed product backlog aligned with roadmap priorities and delivery timelines. - Write clear user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and guide backlog execution throughout the development lifecycle. - Collaborate closely with engineering and design to ensure solutions are feasible, well understood, and delivered with high-quality, intuitive user experiences. - Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across teams to keep initiatives on track. - Agile Collaboration - Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives. - Foster continuous improvement in product development practices and team collaboration. - Product Launch & Growth - Coordinate go-to-market plans with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ensure successful product launches and internal enablement. - Monitor product adoption, usage trends, and customer feedback to measure success and inform future improvements. - Evaluate and prioritize incoming bug reports, feedback, and enhancement requests. - Market Expansion & Partnerships - Identify opportunities for new integrations, customer segments, and market expansion. - Define integration strategies and validate emerging user personas and workflows. - Represent the product in customer events, webinars, and industry engagements. - Build and manage relationships with key external partners, including OEMs and third-party providers.
