About the Team Our Growth squad is empowered to identify, scope, design and execute solutions along our customer funnel. This is a highly strategic team that is expected to drive our evolution to an increasingly self-serve experience. As a Senior Product Manager, Corporate Site you will be working with a talented and dedicated design, data and engineering team. You will lead them to generate meaningful commercial impact via our corporate website design. Responsibilities - Define the vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap for the corporate website, focusing on metrics like organic traffic, lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and product sign-ups. - Collaborate with our Onboarding and Website teams to design and deliver a best-in-class self-serve experience for our customers - A/B testing and experimental design in partnership with our GTM, Marketing and Engineering teams. - Collaborate with our Marketing and RevOps teams to improve campaign effectiveness - Lead the end-to-end process of hypothesis generation, design, execution, and analysis - Work closely with Design and UX teams to improve site navigation, information architecture, and core user flows to ensure a frictionless, high-converting experience. - Deeply analyze website performance data to identify drop-off points, user behavior patterns, and new growth opportunities. Communicate these insights clearly to stakeholders. - Partner with Marketing, SEO, Engineering, and other Product teams to ensure the corporate site effectively supports product launches, marketing campaigns, and the overall customer journey. Who you are - 6 + years of overall professional experience within Product Management - Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field - Corporate Website product ownership - A/B testing and experimental design experience - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences - Close attention to detail, ability to structure complex problems and inform decisions with data and first-principle insights - Drive, grit, and persistence to take ownership and move ideas to reality in short periods of time - Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams - Experience considering both user requirements and commercial strategy in order to drive meaningful product growth Applicant Safety Policy: Fraud and Third-Party Recruiters To protect you from recruitment scams, please be aware that Airwallex will not ask for bank details, sensitive ID numbers (i.e. passport), or any form of payment during the application or interview process.
