Job Requirements

- Familiarity with productivity, home office, ergonomics, furniture, and lifestyle communities on Reddit
- Experience using Reddit analytics and social listening tools
- Ability to work independently, develop content ideas proactively, and manage a posting calendar without close oversight
- Strong judgment around what constitutes genuine participation versus spam across different subreddits

You will be responsible for creating meaningful local presence in our core markets, fostering strong provider communities, and developing partnerships that drive awareness, referrals, and trust. This role sits at the intersection of community, marketing, partnerships, and operations. Success means that families know Alpaca in their local communities, providers feel connected and supported, and partners actively advocate for and refer to our network. What You’ll Do - Families & Local Community - Plan and execute local family-focused events across Alpaca's core markets. - Build relationships with community organizations, schools, pediatricians, nonprofits, and autism-related groups. - Represent Alpaca at resource fairs, community events, and local gatherings. - Develop repeatable playbooks for launching and growing local community presence in new markets. - Measure and improve event attendance, engagement, and referral outcomes. - Provider Community - Organize provider networking events, happy hours, and local meetups. - Coordinate Alpaca's presence at industry conferences and professional events. - Build ongoing engagement programs that help BCBAs, RBTs, and practice owners connect with one another. - Create systems for gathering provider feedback and strengthening provider retention. - Foster a strong sense of belonging among providers operating within the Alpaca ecosystem. - Partnerships - Build and manage affiliate partnerships with organizations that serve families and providers. - Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, content creators, and community advocates. - Develop co-marketing opportunities that expand Alpaca's reach and credibility. - Track partnership performance and continuously improve ROI across channels. - Systems & Operations - Create scalable systems for event planning, sponsorships, partnerships, and community engagement. - Manage event budgets, logistics, vendors, and timelines. - Use AI and automation to increase efficiency across community operations. - Build dashboards and reporting to measure community growth, engagement, referrals, and partner performance. Role Description Visual Storytellers promote a positive, people- and culture-focused image of TaskUs' brand through the creation of photo, video, and audio content. They help to craft narratives and create visual representations for capabilities and case studies, company events and initiatives, ensuring that the brand identity of TaskUs is well-executed in every output they publish. Video and Animation Output Creation and Management - Produces high-quality motion graphics video, audio-visual presentations, live-action videos, whiteboard animations, and screencast videos in line with stakeholders’ needs. - Works on client-facing video materials like case studies or web videos, along with external-facing materials like social media posts, Teammate engagement activities, and special event campaigns. - Creates, develops, and guides the video concept, conducting interviews, and generating storyboards in collaboration with writers. - Oversees all facets of video production including pre-production meetings, concept development, co-script development, filming, production, directing, editing, and archiving. - Collaborates with stakeholders from pre-production to post-production on the creation of original, quality, and brand-specific videos. - Edits video and audio to ensure quality standards and compliance with the intended message for target audiences. - Delivers output for existing clients or prospects and for the general public in line with various events hosted by the Integrated Marketing Team. - Maintains video archiving in accordance with established guidelines and applicable record retention requirements. Role Description This position is remote but needs to be local to Florida and have a Florida CAM license. - Serves the Board as a consultant in a professional manner. - Working virtually will help cover open CAM positions when needed. - Practice and adhere to the Guiding Principles of the company and respond to all calls/emails within 24 hours of receipt. - Acquires and maintains current knowledge of state and regulatory agency statutes and the community’s documents, policies, and procedures. - Provides weekly updates of open items and ongoing reporting to the Board regarding collections, ACC requests, compliance, service requests, and work order activity. - Provides administrative, operational, and managerial advice to the Board of Directors. - Ability to run a Board or Annual Meeting and create monthly management reports, which depict the actual condition of community amenities, and the progress of specific key initiatives, and make clear and concise recommendations. - Orchestrates annual Board Orientation, Contract Review, and training workshops to assist the Board in education and goal setting as appropriate. - Assist the board with hiring contractors and insurance carriers to maintain and protect the community. - Provide vendor management oversight, including set-up, and bid process, through contract and oversight. - Oversee and approve payment of vendors providing service to the community association. - Develop and submit complete and accurate annual budget(s), meeting all deadlines and demonstrating thorough analysis and consideration for the goals of the association. - Oversees and/or drives the community monthly to ensure the highest standards are maintained for common areas and the violation process is upheld to achieve compliance with the community documents. - Works with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and ongoing maintenance of finances, variance reports, and invoice processing. - Build and foster positive relationships with residents to ensure a high level of service, timely and complete resolution of resident concerns, good communications, and continuous improvement in services for the community. - Attend monthly Manager’s and training meetings as required. - Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct. - Displays exceptional ability to analyze and deal with a variety of situations that otherwise could be potential problems. - Other work-related tasks as needed.
