• Lead content planning, production, and editorial operations for newsletters and nurture sequences across core Suite audiences, managing calendars, contributors (internal and freelance), and workflow efficiency through clear processes and everyday AI tool usage. • Develop and execute GTM strategies for key initiatives and product launches, collaborating cross-functionally to craft impactful content for awareness, activation, retention, and new sponsorship engagement. • Coordinate with the rest of the marketing team to ensure messaging across organic social and earned channels aligns with lifecycle and brand strategy. • Repurpose internal content into thought leadership, case studies, and demand-gen materials for both outbound and owned channels. • Drive performance for content and prospect nurture across email and web: test messaging, analyze engagement data, and apply insights to improve opens, conversions, and strategic impact, partnering with other marketing team members on flow architecture and analytics. • Own sponsor-facing communications alongside member-facing content, adapting tone and approach as appropriate. • Manage a roster of contractors, freelancers, and internal collaborators to achieve editorial quality and timely delivery.
• Own and grow The Suite’s organic presence on LinkedIn and new platforms, maintaining a creative and consistent content calendar in lockstep with Brand & Design. • Write and optimize content across blogs, landing pages, and solution overviews, leveraging keyword and performance data to drive discoverability in both search and AI answer engines (AEO/GEO) like ChatGPT and Perplexity. • Lead in-house digital PR—press pitching, booking podcast guests, and pursuing byline placements—building relationships with targeted press and podcast contacts. • Craft and produce marketing content in multiple formats (product guides, sales materials, videos, and web pages), collaborating cross-functionally to support launches and campaigns driving awareness and demand. • Monitor and report monthly on organic performance—ranking, engagement, PR/podcast placements—translating insights into actionable content and outreach plans. • Partner closely with the Marketing Communications Manager to ensure content aligns with brand voice and business priorities, and with the Director, Digital Marketing & Growth to refine SEO strategy and content needs. • Stay ahead of emerging channels, testing new formats to ensure The Suite’s brand visibility grows as search and social landscapes evolve.
• Own the monthly close process in Rillet, including AP/AR, reconciliations, and consolidated financial reporting • Manage per-event budget tracking and reconciliation across ~500 annual events • Oversee membership revenue recognition and the recurring financial rhythms of a subscription-based model • Coordinate payroll and headcount cost tracking in partnership with our PEO and Head of People • Lead expense management and policy enforcement via Ramp • Deliver month-end and year-end reporting packages to the founders • Own financial planning and analysis: annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, scenario modeling, and cash flow management • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the founders on capital allocation, pricing decisions, and growth investments • Develop and maintain financial models that give leadership clear visibility into unit economics, margins, and runway • Identify and flag financial risks proactively
• Build deep relationships with members and become a trusted partner to them • Manage day-to-day moderation, member support, and engagement on the Braintrust • Surface member insights to the broader team — what's working, what's not, what's next • Contribute to onboarding new members and helping them get to first value quickly • Help curate live and virtual experiences that bring members together • Identify content opportunities based on member conversations and emerging trends • Pull in the right peers, partners, and topics for community moments • Work closely with the product team to give feedback on platform features • Partner with sales and partnerships teams on sponsor activations and member acquisition • Contribute to team account onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts

• Directly manage a team of Senior Partner Success Managers — providing coaching, accountability, and a clear vision for what great looks like on this team • Own your own book of business, managing a portfolio of partners end-to-end from onboarding through renewal and expansion • Build trusted, high-touch relationships with partners — serving as their primary advisor and point of contact across their entire sponsorship experience • Deeply understand each partner's goals and proactively align them to the right opportunities across The Suite's platform, events, and programming • Translate partner activity into clear ROI narratives — surfacing insights, wins, and strategic value in ways that resonate with senior business leaders • Identify and close growth opportunities including upsells, expansions, and new partnership constructs that align with partner priorities and available inventory • Monitor partner health metrics and proactively address risk while keeping renewal and expansion pipelines consistently full • Lead and contribute to planning, execution, and tracking of partner-focused initiatives across the business • Champion an AI-forward operating model — building automations, agents, and internal/external-facing tooling that accelerate results, scale the team's capacity, and enhance the partner experience • Design and deploy partner success agents for recurring workflows • Automate data flows between Hubspot, Airtable, DocSend, Gmail, and more • Continuously improve and expand the agent stack as the business grows and new needs emerge • Document your agents and workflows so the whole team can understand and maintain them
• Own execution for assigned events, balancing strategic vision with meticulous on-the-ground delivery. • Design and implement curated networking experiences tailored to senior executive audiences. • Orchestrate end-to-end logistical operations, serving as the primary liaison to ensure seamless communication and alignment across all internal departments. • Maintain rigorous quality control over event details, ensuring absolute precision across all marketing collateral, digital assets, and stakeholder communications. • Track event performance and gather actionable feedback through Airtable and standardized reporting tools. • Optimize and build upon existing templates, documentation, and processes for ongoing continuity and improvement. • Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistently exceptional member and attendee experiences. • Leverage advanced tools—including ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Airtable and other AI-driven workflows—to enhance content creation, streamline planning, and boost operational efficiency.
• Monthly close process in Rillet; accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting across the full business • Per-event budget tracking and reconciliation for ~500 events annually, spanning a wide range of budget sizes and complexity • Membership revenue recognition and the recurring financial rhythms that come with a subscription-based model • Payroll coordination and headcount cost tracking in partnership with Justworks and Rippling • Expense management and policy enforcement via Ramp • Month-end and year-end reporting packages for the founder and leadership team • Reporting directly to one of our Founders • Design and deploy finance agents for recurring workflows (e.g., invoice matching, budget vs. actuals alerts, anomaly detection, close checklists, etc.) • Build event budget reconciliation tools that our events team can use themselves, without needing to ping finance every time • Automate data flows between Rillet, Ramp, Rippling, Justworks, and Google Sheets/Drive • Continuously improve and expand the agent stack as the business grows and new needs emerge • Document your agents and workflows so the whole team can understand and maintain them
