Role Description We are looking for a commercially minded Senior Manager, Human Resources to join Foundever’s global HR team, supporting senior leadership across Technology, Digital & AI, and Growth functions. Reporting to the HR Director, this role will operate as a strategic partner to global executives, while also playing a hands-on role in delivering core HR initiatives. You will work within a COE-led HR operating model, leveraging specialist teams (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, etc.) and shared services to drive impact. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on organizational transformation, leadership capability, and strategic workforce planning in a fast-evolving, tech-enabled, global environment. This is a global role requiring effective collaboration across multiple time zones, with flexibility to support stakeholders in different regions. Guided by DCYF's mission to protect children and strengthen families so they flourish, this position plays a critical leadership role in supporting youth who have experienced, or are at risk of experiencing, trafficking, exploitation, and missing episodes. In this role, you will provide leadership and oversight for a remote team responsible for screening and assessing youth who may have been impacted by commercial sexual exploitation, labor trafficking, and other forms of exploitation. You will serve as a strategic partner, collaborating with leaders and staff across Child Welfare, Juvenile Rehabilitation, and other DCYF programs to support statewide implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices. This position provides statewide leadership for screening and assessment practices related to youth impacted by trafficking and exploitation. You will help develop and support a specialized workforce, monitor implementation across regions, analyze trends and outcomes, and promote consistent practices statewide.
