Role Description Love solving HR and payroll puzzles? Enjoy helping companies get the most out of their HR tech? We’re looking for a UKG Ready Payroll/HR System Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help organizations implement and optimize UKG Ready Payroll and Core HR, guiding them from discovery and configuration all the way through go-live. You’ll work closely with clients to simplify their payroll and HR processes, turn requirements into working solutions, and make sure their systems run smoothly. If you enjoy collaborating with clients, solving complex problems, and delivering impactful HCM implementations, you’ll fit right in. - Lead clients through the full UKG Ready implementation lifecycle—from discovery workshops and requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and go-live. - Configure and optimize UKG Ready Payroll and Core HR modules using best practices. - Partner with client stakeholders to understand business processes and design effective solutions. - Facilitate client workshops, working sessions, and solution reviews. - Manage testing cycles, data validation, and system acceptance. - Collaborate with project managers and other consultants on multi-module implementations. - Provide post-go-live support and best practice guidance to ensure long-term client success. - Stay up to date on UKG Ready product enhancements and implementation methodologies. Qualifications - 2–4 years of UKG Ready (Kronos Workforce Ready) implementation experience, especially in Payroll / HR. - Experience configuring or supporting HRIS / Payroll systems. - Understanding of software implementation lifecycle and system testing. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with client stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Experience with additional UKG Ready modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, etc.) is a plus.
