• Develop understanding of current client hiring needs/project needs to meet expectations • Build and update extensive candidate database • Confirming licensure, extending offers and onboarding the staff for each project • Liaison with groups engaged in production of managed review including sales force, project managers, HR, and other internal business partners • Develop creative methods of advertising positions in order to find the most appropriate candidates • Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with both candidates and clients

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 1-3+ years high volume recruiting, legal recruiting, or legal industry experience
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Adept at full-cycle project management
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen problem-solving methodology
  • Creative problem solving, ability to develop strategies and solutions to meet client expectations
  • Highly proficient managing and maintaining databases, learning new software and working with Outlook and Excel
  • Experience in eDiscovery document review recruiting is a plus
