• Lead end-to-end analyses (descriptive, diagnostic and predictive) on legal/regulatory and strategic topics; • Create, monitor and evolve KPIs for the Regulatory & Strategic Operations, Legal, Compliance, Ombudsman and Risk & Internal Controls areas; • Develop interactive dashboards and management reports using Business Intelligence tools (such as Power BI, Databricks, Metabase or similar) to support strategic decision-making; • Contribute to the evolution of our data catalog together with the Analytics Engineering team; • Lead projects and initiatives to automate processes, increasing efficiency and reducing operational risks; • Work on regulatory and corporate projects, turning data into actionable insights to support business decisions and ensure regulatory compliance; • Translate complex information into clear, accessible and strategic analyses for different company stakeholders; • Support leadership in setting priorities, tracking strategic indicators and advancing the area’s efficiency and innovation plan.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in one of the following fields: Economics, Law, Data Analysis/Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related areas;
- Strong experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, focused on business metrics, KPIs and data visualization;
- Advanced SQL skills;
- Professional experience in data analysis using Python;
- Experience in statistical modeling applied to business data, performance metrics and strategic indicators;
- Knowledge of Descriptive Statistics, Normal Distribution, Statistical Inference, Hypothesis Testing and Regression;
- Professional experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Databricks LakeView, Metabase or similar;
- Ability to connect quantitative analyses to regulatory and business strategies.

Role Description The Federal Appeals Firm™ is an AI Native national appellate practice focused exclusively on federal appeals of Social Security disability decisions. We are seeking an exceptional legal writer to join our team. Prior Social Security disability experience is not required. This is a writing-intensive role for an attorney who prefers substantive briefing over hearings, depositions, court appearances, or client-facing litigation. Associates are trained to work with Brief Master™, our proprietary AI-assisted briefing system developed in-house and refined through thousands of federal briefs. We also train associates in the proper use of Anthropic's Claude. These tools support legal analysis, record review, issue development, and draft refinement. They do not replace attorney judgment. This position is a remote position for attorneys that do not reside in New Jersey. It is an in-office/on-site position for attorneys that reside in New Jersey.
