Role Description The Senior Director of Development for the WECC energy markets will provide critical oversight, guidance, and management to the projects and teams leading this region. The Senior Director would implement continuous improvement initiatives within the project development division, driving operational efficiency and excellence, and meeting greater company goals and objectives. - Lead a team of developers working across the entire project development lifecycle in alignment with organizational goals and long-term objectives for the WECC market. - Provide strategic guidance and support to a team of developers to achieve project goals with exclusive responsibility for real estate and permitting goals. - Manage a cross-functional team of experts in real estate, transmission, interconnection, project engineering, legal, and finance. - Provide regular, detailed reports to the executive team, highlighting project status, risks, and mitigation strategies. - Collaborate with the Strategic Development team on comprehensive market analysis efforts, identifying new opportunities and potential areas for expansion within the WECC market. - Collaborate with the Origination team to ensure consistent feedback and to maximize WECC portfolio market potential. - Monitor WECC market policy developments in collaboration with the Government & Regulatory Affairs team to advance favorable policy outcomes. - Collaborate with the M&A team to complete due diligence processes for project acquisitions, thoroughly assessing risks and opportunities. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree. - A graduate degree (MBA) is desirable. - Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in renewable energy project development (preferably utility-scale). - Project development experience in WECC strongly preferred. - Successful track record of executing complex energy projects and/or transactions. - Strong leadership skills and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, including a creative and proactive work ethic. - Must be able to plan, oversee, and personally execute numerous projects simultaneously, work well under pressure, and adjust to changing priorities. A location in the Western US is preferred, however, location is flexible provided candidate is able to travel, as required. • Successfully leads and implements infrastructure transformation projects to enable the organization to operate in highly scalable ways. • Develops, implements, and oversees the strategic direction of the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network resources. • Ensures the function provides efficient and effective technical support services across the organization. • Implements and maintains IT infrastructure policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. • Collaborates cross-functionally to assess and address the organization's technology needs. • Ensures high availability and performance of IT systems and infrastructure. • Manages IT infrastructure projects from conception to implementation and evaluation. • Develops and manages the functional budget and ensures resources and assets are managed within the approved budget. • Stays abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation. • Identifies, develops, and implements improvements in processes or policies and ensures adoption within the function and organization. • Collaborates in hiring activities including candidate selection, participation in panel and individual interviews, and making hiring decisions. • Supports collaborators in all aspect of training and development including performance, behaviors, competencies, and alignment. • Participates in the successful implementation of functional projects as they arise.

• Lead major-gifts strategy aligned with organizational priorities. • Build and manage a portfolio of approximately 150 individuals with major gift potential. • Secure $10K–$1M gifts with emphasis on unrestricted and strategic support. • Develop and execute individual moves plans to qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors. • Prepare proposals, briefing materials, and correspondence that reflect Points of Light’s mission, voice, and donor priorities. • Coordinate with Board Chair, Bush family, and key stakeholders to advance strategic fundraising partnerships. • Engage Office of the CEO staff to support board and executive outreach. • Lead monthly major-gift pipeline meetings to review movement and set next steps. • Support the Chief Development Officer in Board Engagement to ensure events and board fundraising align with major-gift cultivation goals. • Partner with the Revenue Enablement team to develop qualified pipelines, apply prospect research and analytics, and produce tailored donor communications.

• Lead the global Deal Desk organization, including managers and regional teams, and own the hiring, enablement, operating rhythm, and ongoing evolution of the function. • Own the end-to-end service model for Deal Desk and Order Management, ensuring the team can support increasing deal complexity while maintaining speed, consistency, and control. • Serve as the executive escalation point for complex, non-standard, and strategic transactions, balancing customer needs, deal velocity, pricing discipline, and operational integrity. • Own the commercial operating model for consumption-priced and hybrid offers, including standard deal patterns, approval thresholds, exception paths, and field guidance for non-standard structures. • Partner with Product and Pricing to translate pricing and packaging strategy into executable commercial rules, approval matrices, quoting workflows, and systems requirements for new products, bundles, and monetization changes. • Define guardrails for multi-year agreements, ramps, bundled offers, usage-based constructs, private offers, channel motions, and other complex commercial terms so they can be supported without creating downstream billing, fulfillment, or accounting risk. • Own global bookings fidelity and reconciliations, including Salesforce bookings accuracy, quote quality, and policy compliance across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. • Partner with Sales Operations, Enterprise Applications, Finance, Accounting, Audit, and Compliance teams to improve workflows, strengthen controls, increase automation, and ensure commercial decisions can be operationalized cleanly in downstream systems and processes.
