Senior Trust & Safety Specialist

G2

• Serve as the primary owner of complex Trust & Safety escalations from internal teams and external customers and vendors. • Resolve high-impact, sensitive cases end-to-end with little to no supervision. • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and RevOrg to communicate enforcement decisions. • Use SQL and BI tooling to independently investigate fraud trends across G2’s marketplace. • Own the full data-to-action loop: pattern identification → hypothesis testing → rule creation → implementation → outcome monitoring.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety with hands-on exposure to automated or scaled enforcement systems.
  • Experience with content moderation, scaled enforcement programs, policy interpretation, and real-time incident response in complex environments.
  • Proven experience owning complex escalations end-to-end, internally (cross-functional) and externally (customers, vendors, partners).
  • Strong, independent SQL skills: you write queries to extract and analyze large datasets without assistance.
  • AI-Literate with an understanding of how LLM-based and classifier-driven enforcement systems behave in production.
