• Develop and execute Further’s national field marketing strategy • Own Further’s end-to-end presence at regional conferences and association events nationwide. • Partner closely with Sales to align field efforts with territories and target accounts. • Act as the face of Further at live events, confidently engaging attendees and initiating conversations.
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or Demand Generation.
- Proven ability to tie events directly to pipeline and revenue impact.
- Strong project management skills.
- A data-driven mindset—you think in terms of ROI, pipeline, and outcomes, not just activities.
