• Own one or more end‑to‑end workflows across the content supply chain. • Define workflow intent, outcomes, and value, not isolated features. • Ensure workflows are coherent across regions, brands, and operating models. • Define how Agentic AI agents orchestrate tasks across the workflow. • Reduce manual effort and handovers through AI. • Enable adaptive, learning systems in workflows. • Develop Core Product as a configurable platform and infrastructure layer. • Define how core capabilities support: - AI‑driven workflows - Modular configuration - Enterprise scalability • Define the implementation of end‑to‑end data flows across the workflow. • Identify and document integration requirements (internal and external). • Ensure workflows are explained clearly in commercial terms. • Collaborate with Sales and Solution Consultants to validate assumptions regarding workflows.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Product Management or related strategic role
- Demonstrated success in defining product strategy and launching products that exceed business objectives
- Strong understanding of content supply chains in life sciences
- Experience designing end‑to‑end workflows, not just features
- Working knowledge of:
- Agentic AI concepts
- Platform/infrastructure thinking
- Data flows and integrations
- Ability to translate complex systems into clear value narratives
- Commercial acumen: pricing logic, value drivers, packaging concepts
- 3+ years of experience in Life Sciences industry
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Experience with pricing models, business case development, and financial analysis
- Deep knowledge of product lifecycle management
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools
- English proficiency - upper-intermediate level or higher.

• Define the Gift Cart strategy and translate it into a roadmap — with clear priorities and reasoning behind every decision. • Communicate with customers and CSMs regularly, and analyze data together with the analytics team — to find growth opportunities and make informed decisions. • Write specifications that engineers can build from — with detailed requirements and edge cases covered. • Take features from idea to launch, working closely with design and engineering at every step. • Track product health and growth: conversion, average gift size, error rates — and understand what's driving them. • Prepare CSMs and Sales for every launch so they're always in context ahead of time. • Keep stakeholders aligned — on priorities, timelines, and changes in plans.
