• Support the Finance Deployment Stream within a global S/4HANA rollout program as a Finance & Tax process specialist. • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Finance and Tax processes across all project phases. • Drive and support deployment activities throughout the full rollout lifecycle (fit-gap, design, build, test, go-live, hypercare). • Assess local Finance and Tax requirements and align them with the global S/4HANA template. • Ensure alignment and coordination across parallel rollouts, countries, and workstreams. • Analyze, optimize, and safeguard business processes with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and compliance. • Lead process alignment, fit-gap, and solution design workshops with business stakeholders. • Ensure adherence to global template standards, governance, and solution architecture principles. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Tax, IT, Business) to ensure end-to-end integration. • Support the design and deployment of tax-related solutions, including tax determination, reporting, and compliance processes. • Support country-specific localization requirements and statutory compliance obligations. • Contribute to digital compliance initiatives such as e-invoicing, e-reporting, and statutory reporting. • Act as a trusted advisor for tax-related solution design decisions within the global S/4HANA landscape.

• Introduce yourself to the organization and develop a deep understanding of the product, business model, and financial outlook. • Equip product managers and department leaders with monthly insights on business trends. • Support short- and long-term financial plans, assist in financial reporting and KPI variance analysis, and help drive key strategic initiatives. • Develop, maintain, and enhance corporate financial models, including annual budgets, forecasts, and consolidated cash flows. • Build KPI frameworks, analyze product line performance, and support high-impact decisions including go-to-market strategy, partnership negotiations, and potential M&A. • Create clear presentations to articulate findings to key stakeholders.

• Assist sales in demos and strategic trials of AlphaSense’s financial data solutions. • The team works hand in hand with account management, speaking with and visiting users to provide advanced training, customizations, and product consultations. • Specialists have expertise in quantitative analysis for investment and valuation decisions. • Specialists’ deep understanding of both our financial data products and customers allows them to field feedback and identify product opportunities. • Act as an escalation point for our product and support teams on difficult scenarios our customers may face with our solutions.

• Take ownership of month-end tasks, including journals and reconciliations • Balance sheet reconciliations and P&L variance analysis with commentaries • Quarterly VAT returns • Responsibility for managing and responding to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders • Processing customer refunds, ensuring adherence to AML requirements • Creating automations and efficiencies in existing processes to reduce time spent on month-end • Updating policies to optimise for efficiency whilst maintaining high levels of control • Identifying opportunities for improvements in company-wide reporting, and collaborating with colleagues to drive forward improvements • Seek to reduce finance-related queries from customers and internal teams by identifying common queries/problems, and implementing solutions to them • Ensure costs are allocated to appropriate verticals and budget holders • Tracking and reconciling user balance cashflow movements • Support preparation of financial reports and invoices for key customers, monitoring spend against contracts • Assist FP&A in keeping Prolific’s re-forecast up to date and accurate • Ad-hoc projects
