• Analyze requirements and identify missing cases, risks, and inconsistencies. • Create and maintain Test Plans, Test Cases, and Checklists. • Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing. • Test custom features and third-party integrations. • Contribute to test automation coverage for UI and API testing. • Document and track defects with clear reproduction steps and expected results. • Participate in release validation and risk assessment. • Perform performance and load testing when required. • Prepare test reports and communicate quality status to the team. • Be open to adopting and leveraging AI-assisted tools and practices
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience (manual and automation).
- Experience testing e-commerce platforms -** Magento / Adobe Commerce.**
- Good understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and defect management processes.
- Experience with SQL and data validation.
- Working knowledge of Git, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Is a big plus:**
- Experience with performance/load testing tools (JMeter, k6).
- Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, PHPUnit, or similar)

Role Description RediMedicoLegal is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our growing national medicolegal team. You will play a key role in reviewing and finalising independent medical reports used in personal injury, workers compensation, insurance and legal matters. We are looking for a detail-focused Quality Assurance Coordinator to review and audit independent medicolegal reports across a range of schemes, specialties and injury types. This role would suit someone from a: - medicolegal report QA, auditing, editing or report production background - personal injury law or litigation support background - insurance or workers compensation claims background - injury management or impairment assessment environment You will be responsible for reviewing reports to ensure they are accurate, clear, complete, impartial, well-structured and aligned with referral questions, supporting documentation and relevant regulatory requirements. You will also liaise with medical specialists, provide constructive feedback, resolve report queries and support timely report release through our internal QA platform.
