Job Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in research coordination, participant recruitment, or project management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and strong follow-through.
- Experience working directly with UX or marketing researchers.
- Familiarity with tools like Qualtrics, Braze, Iterable, Taxi, or similar.
- Experience improving campaign performance through A/B testing or personalization.
- Background in fast-paced tech, startup, or agency environments.
