• Participating in timely and accurate preparation and processing of bi-weekly domestic payroll and special pay runs. • Reconciling payroll calculations prepared by the Payroll Providers to ensure consistency and accuracy. • Ensuring all statutory payments and filings are performed accordingly to internal company policies and local laws. • Maintaining effective internal controls for the payroll function and proactively working with management to identify efficiency gaps and improvements • Following company policy & SOX, government regulations that affect payroll to ensure compliance of payroll policies and practices • Participating in special projects and performing additional duties if required
Job Requirements
- Have 2-5 years of relevant experience and a High School / Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- Have advanced working knowledge of ADP payroll process and platforms. GlobalView experience.
- Have outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent English communication skills and the ability to successfully collaborate with colleagues globally.
- Possess excellent analytical skills, demonstrated ability to make sound decisions utilizing all available information.

Tax & Payroll Specialist
