Social Discovery Group
• Manage performance media buying in Meta and TikTok for the company’s web products • Be responsible for achieving key business metrics: EI, VS, CPA, ROI • Scale acquisition while maintaining or improving efficiency • Launch and validate new hypotheses to grow marketing channels • Build fast testing and data-driven decision-making processes • Identify new growth opportunities and challenge existing acquisition approaches • Collaborate closely with analytics, product, automation, and creative teams • Implement automation workflows and contribute to the development of automation projects within performance marketing • Ensure a high KPI achievement rate across the team
Job Requirements
- Deep expertise in performance media buying on Meta and TikTok
- Proven experience managing acquisition specifically for web products, not only mobile apps
- Experience scaling large advertising budgets while maintaining efficiency
- Strong understanding of key metrics: CPA, ROI / ROAS, LTV
- Experience building and managing funnels: creative → landing page
- Ability to quickly test hypotheses related to creatives, audiences, geographies, and offers
- Experience working with analytics, attribution, and BI tools
- Understanding of acquisition automation: rules, APIs, bulk changes, and alerts
- Ability to manage teams of media buyers and establish effective testing processes
- Experience working in high-volume performance environments such as gaming, dating, gambling, creator tools, or subscription-based products.
