Analista de QA Sênior – FullStack

• Conduzir code reviews focados em qualidade, orientando desenvolvedores sobre boas práticas de cobertura, legibilidade e manutenibilidade dos testes; • Criar trilhas de aprendizado, guias técnicos e materiais de referência que permitam ao time evoluir de forma contínua e independente na cultura de testes; • Atuar como ponto de referência técnico para dúvidas e desafios relacionados a testes dentro dos squads; • Promover a cultura de qualidade compartilhada — onde a responsabilidade pelos testes não recai apenas sobre QA, mas é distribuída entre todo o time de desenvolvimento;
Job Requirements
- Experiência com automação de testes em aplicações Java e Python (backend);
- Experiência com automação de testes em aplicações Angular (frontend web);
- Familiaridade com testes em contextos mobile;
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI ou similares);
- Versionamento de código com Git
- Uso de Inteligência Artificial aplicada à identificação de correções, sugestões de melhoria e otimização de suítes de testes;
- Experiência prévia em mentoria técnica ou liderança de QA dentro de times ágeis;
- Experiência com ferramentas como PIT Mutation Testing, Stryker, Locust, k6, Gatling, Selenium, Playwright ou Cypress.
- Certificações na área de qualidade (CTFL/ISTQB ou equivalente).
