Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of B2B technology or healthcare technology marketing experience, with at least 5 years in marketing leadership or management roles.
  • Proven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue impact.
  • Strong experience in product marketing, including positioning, messaging, launches, market research, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
  • Ability to translate complex products and market insights into clear, compelling narratives for buyers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with product management, sales, customer success, engineering, and demand generation teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data, KPIs, and market insights to guide strategy and measure performance.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, marketing technology, analytics platforms, CRM, and automation tools to improve decision-making and scale impact.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executives and serve as a compelling storyteller.
  • Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and developing talent in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
