Role Description The Talent Practice Specialist supports GE Vernova’s Empowered Careers approach by driving the execution of how employees grow, perform, and navigate opportunities across the company. Working closely with the Empowered Careers Leader and broader Talent CoE, this role plays a hands-on role in building and scaling key elements of the Empowered Careers ecosystem — including Career Hub, career pathways, mentoring, and development experiences — while leading execution of enterprise performance processes. The focus is on making career growth and performance expectations clear, simple, and actionable for employees and managers. This role translates strategy into execution, ensuring both career and performance experiences are consistently delivered, well-understood, and adopted across GE Vernova.
