Location: Atlanta United States Job Description: Under the direction of the Forensic Housing Administrator, the Forensic Statewide Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the clinical oversight, compliance, and operational effectiveness of Georgia's Forensic Community Integration Homes (CIHs) and Forensic Apartments. Key Responsibilities Clinical Coordination - Assist in coordinating successful admissions into Georgia's Forensic CIHs and Forensic Apartments. - Track and ensure clinical intake assessments for new admissions are conducted and documented per policy. - Attend monthly CIH clinical meetings with CFD, FCC, Team Lead, etc. to ensure clinical needs are being met. - Participate in discharge planning meetings to facilitate smooth transitions into CIHs and Forensic Apartments. Site Visits & Compliance Monitoring - Conduct bi-monthly site visits at CIHs to ensure compliance, safety, and quality of care for all residents and staff. - Conduct bi-annual site visits at Forensic Apartments to assess compliance with benefits and medication oversight. - Perform regular inspections of Forensic properties, ensuring homes are safe, clean, and well-maintained per regulatory standards. - Complete an annual Risk Assessment for each CIH to identify and mitigate potential risks.
