Role Description We are seeking a Creator Manager to manage an established roster of creators while driving revenue through strategic brand partnerships. This role focuses on relationship management, campaign execution, and growing creator earnings through renewals and upselling opportunities. This is an ideal role for someone who is performance-driven, sales-oriented, collaborative, and ready to continue developing into a Senior Creator Manager role. Core Responsibilities - Manage a roster of creators with strong growth and revenue potential - Build and maintain relationships with creators as their primary point of contact - Negotiate brand partnerships with a focus on renewals and upselling - Provide insights and guidance to junior Creator Managers - Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and leadership - Demonstrate readiness to transition into a Senior Creator Manager role through leadership and revenue growth - Own a $1,500,000 annual revenue target Building Your Roster - Identify and recruit creators that align with agency goals - Evaluate potential creators based on brand fit, audience, and revenue potential - Pitch the agency's value to prospective creators - Ensure new creators align with agency expectations and workflows Maintaining Your Roster - Manage relationships and ensure creator retention - Provide strategic guidance on content, branding, and monetization - Address creator concerns and advocate for their needs within the agency - Track performance metrics and optimize strategies for growth and revenue Creator Onboarding - Lead a structured onboarding process to integrate new creators seamlessly - Ensure all contracts, processes, and expectations are clearly communicated - Train creators on workflow tools and agency protocols - Set clear performance benchmarks for long-term success Sales Targets - Manage and achieve booking quotas based on creator tier - Proactively seek new brand partnerships and repeat collaborations - Collaborate with internal teams to align on pitch strategies - Track performance against revenue goals and adjust strategies as needed Campaign Execution - Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns - Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with brands - Ensure creators meet deadlines and brand expectations - Manage approvals, content submissions, and post-campaign reporting Creator Transition Workflow - Handle roster transitions due to growth, manager changes, or offboarding - Communicate transitions effectively to internal teams and creators - Ensure a smooth knowledge transfer between managers - Document key creator history, preferences, and strategic plans Qualifications - 2 to 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field - Experience managing creator or talent relationships - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Ability to drive revenue through partnerships and renewals - Organized and able to manage multiple creators and campaigns at once - Interest in mentorship and growing into a leadership role - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment Benefits - Work with top creators and global brands - Flexible, fully remote work environment - Opportunities for professional development and growth - Collaborative, supportive, and fun team culture
