Role Description This is a full-time role owning paid media execution, organic social strategy, intent activation, and AI workflow operations for Marketing at RUCKUS Networks. - Run and optimize paid campaigns. - Manage the full organic social program. - Execute coordinated intent activation motions. - Embed AI into daily execution across both paid and organic channels. - Build and document repeatable AI-assisted workflows. Qualifications - Hands-on paid media operator with strong analytical instincts. - Experienced B2B social media marketer. - AI-native: uses AI tools daily and builds repeatable workflows. - Data-driven, focused on MQL quality and pipeline impact. - Strong writer and editor. - High bar for brand accuracy and tracking hygiene. - Clear communicator and effective cross-functional partner. - Comfortable in a lean, agile environment. Requirements - 6 or more years of hands-on B2B paid media execution. - 3 or more years in B2B social media marketing. - Demonstrated ability to build and use AI-enabled workflows. - Experience with intent data platforms and account-based targeting. - Hands-on LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience. - Working familiarity with Salesforce and paid-to-MQL measurement. - Strong writing and editing skills. - Strong analytical skills. - Sound judgment in public channels and communities. - Effective cross-functional collaborator. - Business-fluent in English.
