• Own the roadmap for HighLevel's document creation experience — an AI-powered, drag-and-drop builder that lets users design fully custom templates for every document type. • Extend the existing builder (currently supporting Documents and Contracts) to cover Invoices, Estimates, and Receipts with type-specific fields, logic, and layouts. • Define the rules, triggers, and customization options governing how documents move through each stage — including partial payments, payment reminders, disputes, and failure handling. • Lead the build of HighLevel's native e-signature product — a direct alternative to standalone contract tools — supporting legally binding signatures across document types.
Job Requirements
- 8–10 years of product management experience
- Experience building document creation, form-builder, or workflow products
- Familiarity with payment or billing flows — invoicing, estimates, or financial document lifecycles
- Strong UX instincts with a track record of shipping complex, multi-step workflows that feel simple to users

Role Description We are looking for a strategic, platform-minded leader to own the Applications Platform product area at Talkdesk, a market-leading, cloud-native Customer Experience platform. This is the foundational layer where all Talkdesk products live — the framework that ties together authentication, access management, billing, provisioning, fraud and abuse detection, support infrastructure, and user management into a cohesive ecosystem. This role is for a Director of Product Management who thinks in platforms, not features. You will define the vision and architectural direction for a horizontal product surface that other teams depend on, and you will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Executive leadership to ensure the platform scales with the business and enables Talkdesk to grow, evolve, and lead the market.
