Role Description Your mission is to provide technical support to Sungrow's French-speaking customers across Europe. You'll be the first point of contact for these customers, delivering Level 1 remote technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Your responsibilities include: - Managing incoming requests related to photovoltaic inverters and energy storage systems. - Working within defined SLA parameters and quality standards. - Guiding installers and technicians through troubleshooting, remote configuration, and firmware updates. - Collaborating closely with the Level 2 support team, ensuring thorough documentation and structured follow-up. - Maintaining high-quality technical records in the CRM and ticketing system. - Actively contributing to the shared knowledge base. - Supporting the energy transition across Europe in a growing, international greentech environment. Qualifications - Solid foundation in electrical or electronics knowledge. - Fluent communication in French and English (C1 or above). - Strong analytical skills and natural problem-solving abilities. - Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, structured language. - Customer-oriented and reliable under pressure. - Self-organised, detail-oriented, and diligent. - Team player who thrives independently. Requirements - Prior experience in technical support or customer service in a helpdesk or technical environment (bonus points). - Hands-on knowledge of photovoltaic or energy storage systems (bonus points).
