Title: Claim Technical Specialist- Equine Location: FL Remote Full time job requisition id JR101422 Job Description: As the Claims Technical Specialist, you will handle Claims for Equine related policies. The ideal candidate will be located in either Lexington, KY or Ocala. FL. Key Accountabilities/Deliverables: - Ensure compliance with established claim handling guidelines regarding coverage, investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims. - Gather and analyze information necessary to make an accurate evaluation of the claim by delivering effective resolution of claims, make decisions within established authority levels and identify potential issues. - Maintain accurate system data and documentation by collecting, recording, analyzing, and summarizing information. - Work with external customers as well as agents to address questions, resolve problems and maintain rapport while providing an exceptional level of customer service. - Create innovative and effective approaches and solutions that have a positive impact on business results and delivers superior claim services. - Direct and monitor assignments to experts and outside counsel. - Participate in special projects or assist other team members as needed. - In addition to the above key responsibilities, may be required to undertake other duties from time to time as the Company may reasonably require. Technical Knowledge and Understanding: - Posseses a detailed understanding of good faith claims handling. - Have working knowledge of state specific claim handling guidelines and legal principles as they pertain to equine insurance. - Computer skills – good working knowledge of MS Office - Previously utilized an electronic claim system - Possess valid adjuster license - Successful completion of insurance courses or industry designations Experience: - College degree preferred - Equine Industry knowledge preferred - A minimum of 5 years’ experience in equine, livestock or farm insurance claims Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over work authorization sponsorship now or in the future for this position. #LI-Hybrid At Core Specialty, you will receive a competitive salary and opportunities for professional development and advancement. Role Description The CPX Commissioning Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing the full lifecycle of commissioning activities across the Vestas Americas region. This position is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of commissioning operations by coordinating training, workforce deployment, and site support. The Supervisor ensures alignment between project schedules and available resources while driving operational excellence through structured planning, advanced troubleshooting, and consistent process execution. This role directly supports successful project delivery and contributes to achieving regional business objectives.
