About the role We have a Permanent Full-time (37.5 hours per week) hybrid opportunity for a Customer Service and Sales Consultant at our Bondi Store. You may also be requested to work at our Uni of NSW Store to support your wider team. As the face of Medibank in your area, you will: - Help customers choose the right health cover and services. - Support them across multiple channels - in-store, over the phone, online, and in the community. - Build lasting relationships and trust through personalised conversations. - Solve everyday challenges and share ideas to improve how we work. This role includes a flexible rotating roster working across Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday work. You will be rostered to work in-store and work from home. The working hours are between 8am - 8pm with maximum 8-hour shift (e.g. 9am - 5pm or 12pm - 8pm). Store opening hours are between 9am-5pm and rostered hours after 5pm will be working from home shifts. Internally referred to as a Local Community Consultant, you will be a part of a geographically based, cross-functional teams, with a shared goal to build stronger community connections, deepen trust, and deliver more personalised support in your area. What we're looking for You don't need health insurance experience - we'll teach you that. If you have skills in customer service, sales, health, retail, or community engagement, you could be a great addition to our team. Work Site: Remote Req ID: 222038 The UVM UAS Remote Pilot 2 is responsible for operating drones according to flight plans, planning flight paths, and collaborating with other pilots to ensure safe operations.
