Overview As an Eligibility Officer, you will be the first point of contact responsible for coordinating and obtaining information from key stakeholders to determine the acceptance or rejection of Worker's Compensation claims in line with legislation. You'll also be responsible for conducting investigations as necessary to ensure every decision made for new claims are of the highest quality and consideration for our customers.
