The Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is looking for a non-exempt, Flex Staffing Administrator. Staffing Administrators will help coordinate and execute activities to support the High-Volume Hiring (HVH) and staffing efforts for the WFS team for a defined geography (node). These efforts include but are not limited to processing candidates virtually and in person in Pre-Hire Appointments. Flex Staffing Administrators will help develop and coordinate activities to support staffing efforts and provide support to the WFS organization to ensure successful completion of all administrative activities in the staffing process. This role is essential to creating a positive candidate and employee experience. Flex Staffing Administrators will play an integral role in support of the Node's staffing efforts, will thrive on pulling many pieces together to form a complete picture, and would enjoy working in a team environment with a focus on individual contribution. You will work with a team of Staffing Coordinators and Managers remotely who thrive in an innovative and fast-paced environment. Our WFS node teams work variable, flexible schedules and areas to include evenings and weekends. We roll up our sleeves, work hard, have fun and make history! Key job responsibilities Sets up, executes, and breaks down Pre-Hire Appointments (PHA) based on labor projections to meet the labor order demands and fill on-time Support candidate activity to ensure all electronic paperwork is completed on time Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email Tracking recruiting activities and reporting candidate status Attend events such as community fairs, hiring events and job fairs Address basic questions regarding recruiting process Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed Assist in on boarding of new hires and departures of employees Administrative tasks as needed Effectively executes PHA activities including Host, Candidate Care Specialist, Candidate Processing, Badge Photo, and/or Drug Test Administrator. Flex Staffing Administrators are required to work a flexible schedule. This means varying shifts to include evenings and weekends. Overtime may also be required to support the needs of the business Must be organized with attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work in an environment with competing demands Must be able to travel as needed to conduct events in locations within your designated Node or geographical area. Must be comfortable with variable work scheduling and being managed remotely.
