Strategy and Operations Manager

- Oversee a portfolio of centers that generate $15mm - $40mm in annual revenue. - Constantly iterate and re-engineer our existing processes. - Monitor and assess adherence to quality policies, ensuring facilities maintain compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. - Analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and nonconformance events to identify areas for center level or corporate level improvement. - Prepare centers for audits and assist the Center Leadership Team (CLT) and corporate departments in audit preparation, inspection and audit response actions representing company to regulatory agencies and inspectors. - Guide and advise on employee-related issues, promoting fairness, and adherence to HR policies while cultivating center leadership through strategic development initiatives. - Ensure facility maintenance meets the highest safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards in partnership with corporate facilities. - Assist with recruitment, training, developing management talent through regular meetings, goal check-ins, development plans and on-site visits and assessments. - Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

- A natural leader, you have experience and success in managing teams of varying competencies, supporting them to reach progressively larger goals
- Comfortable dealing with a degree of ambiguity and proposing pragmatic solutions to problems.
- Overnight travel required up to 75% of the time without lengthy lead-time.
